• Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager in designing and executing recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead sourcing efforts using multiple channels such as job portals, professional networks, employee referrals, and social media.
• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and company culture fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support recruitment campaigns for multiple roles simultaneously, managing priorities and deadlines.
• Analyses hiring needs and propose sourcing strategies to meet staffing demands.
• Build and nurture relationships with external agencies, educational institutions, and networking groups.
• Track key recruitment metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency.
• Assist in employer branding efforts to attract high-quality candidates.
