Job Description

Role & responsibilities Identify and acquire new corporate clients for placement collaboration. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners. Understand placement requirements and align them with candidate profiles. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of placement drives. Manage employer communication, requirement mapping, and follow-ups. Maintain and update placement-related MIS and reports. Preferred candidate profile • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication. • Strong networking abilities; experience using platforms like LinkedIn for lead generation. • Proven track record in B2B client acquisition, preferably in the IT or education domain. • Proactive, target-driven, and a quick learner.
