Job Title: Executive / Sr. Executive HR & Admin Location: Kishangarh, Rajasthan Department: Human Resources & Administration Industry: Solar Module Manufacturing Company: Sael Industries Pvt. Ltd. Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and committed HR & Admin professional to join our team at the solar module manufacturing plant in Kishangarh. This role is responsible for managing all plant-level HR and administrative functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, maintaining industrial harmony, and supporting smooth operational functioning of the plant. Key Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Staffing Coordinate hiring for plant-level roles (operators, technicians, supervisors). Collaborate with manpower agencies for contract staffing. Manage onboarding, induction, and orientation programs. 2. Employee Relations Maintain positive industrial relations with staff, workers, and unions. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Conduct domestic inquiries in compliance with labor regulations. 3. Time Office & Attendance Monitor biometric/swipe attendance systems. Track shifts, leaves, overtime, and absenteeism. Provide attendance data for payroll processing. 4. Payroll Support Coordinate with the payroll team for wage processing. Ensure timely disbursement of salaries, incentives, and statutory dues. Maintain wage records and statutory registers. 5. Statutory Compliance Ensure compliance with all labor laws (Factories Act, ESI, PF, etc.). Handle inspections and maintain statutory documentation. Liaise with labor authorities and government bodies. 6. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Support HSE initiatives in coordination with the Safety Officer. Conduct safety awareness sessions and drills. Ensure PPE usage and report incidents/near-misses. 7. Training & Development Identify skill gaps and training needs of plant staff. Organize technical and behavioral training programs. Maintain training records and feedback reports. 8. Administration Oversee general administration canteen, transport, housekeeping, security. Ensure upkeep of office and plant facilities. Manage vendor coordination for admin services. 9. Welfare Activities Implement employee welfare programs (medical, recreation, etc.). Ensure access to ESI services and grievance redressal mechanisms. Support initiatives like crche, housing, and family engagement. 10. Data Management & Reporting Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Prepare HR MIS, dashboards, and reports for management. Assist in internal, external, and statutory audits. Education & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management , Industrial Relations , or Business Administration . Postgraduate degree/diploma in HR or labor laws (preferred). Skills & Competencies: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Sound understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance. Proficient in MS Office (Excel) and HRMS tools. Fluent in English and local language (Hindi/Marwari preferred). Experience working in a manufacturing or plant-based environment. Comfortable working in a shift-based or unionized setup. Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 2-6 years in a plant/manufacturing HR role CTC: As per industry standards
