Location: South Bopal, Ahmedabad

Experience: 1-4 Years, as a recruiter with recruitment consultancy Firm

Work Timing: 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM (Mon-Sat) 2 nd & 4 th Sat & Sundays weekly off.

Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Understand the clients requirement for Manpower/Talent.
Prepare a Job Description, if required.
Search right candidates matching with the requirement of the client by using Social Media Platforms & by Networking.
Use ATS for the complete recruitment process.
Sending Job Description Mails & Interview Call Letters to Candidates.
Telephonic Interview through standard questionnaire to all identified candidates to check them against client s requirement & cultural fit.
Communication with Client & Candidates for any clarifications required from each other. Co-ordinate & follow up with clients & Candidates for line-up of interviews.
Follow up with the candidate/client up to joining the candidate with the client company.
Record Keeping of total process.
Closing positions by putting all efforts & using required skills.

Required Skills:

Strong Connector on Social Media Platform & trained to use online Sourcing Methods.
Practical Use of Communication Skill.
Good in interpersonal relationships.
Logical Mind-set & aptitude for learning new things.
Resilience & Never Give Up Attitude.
