Source, screen, and shortlist CVs for various shipboard positions. 2. Maintain and update personnel databases and documentation records. 3. Ensure all certifications and licenses are valid and up-to-date. 4. Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth hiring processes. 5. Conduct candidate outreach with strong negotiation and communication skills. Qualifications & Experience: Master’s degree required. Skills & Competencies: 1.
