Senior Account Executive

Company: Chera Home Junction (By Vaanam Furnishings Pvt Ltd)
Location: Gandhipuram & Sundarapuram, Coimbatore
Industry: Retail
Experience: 4–5 Years (Retail experience must)
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or any relevant degree

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including sales, purchases, expenses, and stock entries.
• Handle GST workings, monthly filings coordination, and vendor reconciliation.
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Oversee accounts receivable & payable, follow-ups, and timely payment processing.
• Perform bank reconciliation, petty cash management, and branch-level financial tracking.
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory audits and internal accounts review.
• Monitor store-level transactions and ensure accurate billing & documentation.
• Maintain proper accounting records as per company standards.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Tally / ERP software.
• Deep understanding of retail accounts, GST, invoice management, and stock tracking.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication & coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
