Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances including timely filing and reconciliation.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
Prepare and review MIS reports for management decision-making.
Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors and ensure smooth completion of audits.
Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and vendor payments.
Support process improvements and strengthen internal financial controls.
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality of financial information.

Required Qualifications & Skills

CA–Intermediate qualified (mandatory).
4–5 years of professional experience in Accounts & Finance roles.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliances.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP systems, etc.) and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and documentation abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
