Job Title: Senior Accounts & GST Executive

Location: Alwarkurichchi, Tenkasi
Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years practical experience

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Returns, Reconciliation, etc.) accurately and on time.
• Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals, firms, and companies.
• Manage TDS returns, advance tax calculations, and other statutory filings.
• Reconcile GST input credit with accounting records.
• Ensure compliance with the latest GST, Income Tax, and TDS regulations.
• Record accurate accounting entries in Tally and prepare supporting schedules.
• Coordinate with clients to collect documents and resolve queries.
• Support senior team members in audits, assessments, and other compliance activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in Tally, GST portal, and Income Tax portal.
• Strong understanding of GST laws, Income Tax provisions, and filing procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and professional email communication.
• Ability to work under deadlines with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / Semi-qualified CA / CMA Inter or equivalent.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on skills and experience; negotiable)
