Senior Account Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for maintaining and updating financial records in accounting software. Your main tasks will involve preparing and posting journal entries for transactions, reconciling bank statements, vendor statements, and ledgers. Additionally, you will be required to prepare GST, TDS, and other tax returns in compliance with statutory requirements. You will also support in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, as well as prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Furthermore, you will coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits and maintain proper documentation for all accounting records. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and update financial records in accounting software. - Prepare and post journal entries for transactions. - Reconcile bank statements, vendor statements, and ledgers. - Prepare GST, TDS, and other tax returns in compliance with statutory requirements. - Support in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. - Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits. - Maintain proper documentation for all accounting records. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - Professional certification such as CPA or CA is preferred. - Proven experience in financial accounting and reporting. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations. - Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet deadlines.
