Rocking Bombay Beverages Pvt Ltd aims to set a benchmark of excellence in the ethanol and ENA market. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a purchase manager, located in Pune. The Purchase Manager will oversee procurement activities, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the timely sourcing of materials and supplies in alignment with company standards. Other day-to-day responsibilities include negotiating contracts, evaluating vendor performance, tracking inventory levels, and maintaining proper records of procurement activities. The role requires coordination across teams to optimize supply chain efficiency while adhering to budgetary constraints and compliance requirements. Qualifications Strong procurement, vendor management, and negotiation skills Experience in inventory tracking, cost management, and supply chain optimization Attention to detail and proficiency in maintaining procurement records and reports Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to procurement in manufacturing industries Excellent organizational and communication skills Proficiency in using procurement or ERP software is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field Relevant work experience in the manufacturing or ethanol industry is preferred Must Have Experience in manufacturing unit Distillery (preferably grain-based) Ethanol, bottling unit, E.N.A
