Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage
Accounts Payable (AP)
and
Accounts Receivable (AR)
with accuracy and timely follow-up.
Maintain daily
bookkeeping
and financial records using
Tally Prime
.
Handle
GST, TDS, ITR, VAT
filings and ensure compliance with statutory deadlines.
Prepare and review financial statements, ledgers, and reconciliations.
Process
remittances
and support international payment documentation (preferred).
Work closely with internal teams for budgeting, reporting, and audits.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Assist with finance documentation and process improvement initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in
Tally Prime
.
Strong understanding of
Taxation
including GST, TDS, VAT, and Income Tax Return filing.
Experience in
Accounts Payable & Receivable
.
Solid
bookkeeping
and reconciliation skills.
Advanced Excel
skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Formulas, etc.).
Knowledge of
Remittance
processes (preferred).
Prior experience in the
Travel industry
will be a
strong advantage
.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance or related field.
