Job Description

Role Summary: You will be our first dedicated People & Culture Lead—owning the full employee life-cycle: hiring, JD design, onboarding, performance, off￾boarding and (most importantly) shaping a values-driven culture that scales from our Goa studio to remote teams in Mumbai, Delhi and beyond. Think “player-coach”: hands-on recruiter today, strategic HR partner tomorrow. Key Responsibilities 🛠 Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand • Write/refresh JDs that mirror our luxury design DNA • Partner with founders to forecast headcount • Post, source & interview (average 6–8 roles/quarter) • Build a campus/industry outreach plan Onboarding & Integration • 30-60-90-day onboarding road-maps • New-hire culture immersion sessions • Equipment / HRMS / payroll set-up Performance & Development • Implement KRA/KPI scorecards (mirroring other LFS JDs) • Drive bi-annual reviews & salary cycles • Curate low-cost, high-impact training workshops Rewards, Compliance & Off-boarding • Maintain CTC/bonus matrices and year-end letters (Diwali bonus, fuel, uniforms, leave encashment) #JD Key Account Manager •Handle disciplinary actions & terminations with empathy and IR compliance Culture & Engagement • Quarterly engagement pulse; action plans to hit ≥ 8.5 eNPS • Host monthly “design week” town-halls (hybrid) BUILD A HIGH END DESIGN CULTURE. Remote-Team Support & Travel • Spend ~1 week/-month with sales/marketing squads in Mumbai or Delhi to run hiring drives, workshops, exit interviews, check on performance metrics KRA + KPI.
