About Us

Role Overview

We are looking for detail-oriented and analytical professionals to join our Reconciliation & Mapping team. The role involves end-to-end reconciliation of fixed assets and inventory, preparation of asset registers, mapping of assets to books, and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct reconciliation of
Fixed Assets Register (FAR)
with physical records and books of accounts.
Perform
inventory reconciliation
between physical stock and accounting systems.
Support in
asset mapping exercises
, ensuring correct linkage between assets, tags, and registers.
Identify discrepancies, investigate variances, and recommend corrective actions.
Assist in preparation and validation of
audit schedules
related to assets and inventory.
Liaise with auditors, accounts, and operational teams for reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with
Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS)
,
IFRS
, and client-specific policies.
Document reconciliation processes and prepare MIS reports for management review.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA-Inter)
or equivalent with good academic background.
Articleship / work experience from a
reputed CA firm
with exposure to audit, accounts, or asset reconciliation.
Hands-on knowledge of
Fixed Assets Management, FAR preparation, and Inventory Reconciliation
.
Proficiency in
Excel
, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.), and reconciliation tools.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and depreciation policies.

Ability to manage large volumes of data with accuracy.
Problem-solving and investigative approach for resolving mismatches.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
