Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Delivery Executive located in Delhi, India. The Client Delivery Executive will be responsible for managing daily operations related to service delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing program management. The role includes the analysis of data to optimize service management, collaborating with IT teams to manage service levels, and addressing client concerns promptly to maintain high standards of service delivery.
