Client Delivery Executive

You will be joining the Client Services Team as a Client Delivery Engineer at our office in Chennai, India. Your role will involve ensuring a seamless customer experience by onboarding clients, implementing projects, and providing technical assistance to support and relationship management teams. Occasionally, you may need to travel to other client locations. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-moving, startup-style environment and gain expertise in the derivatives industry. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work with a Client Services Manager to implement the clients software as per the documented plan. - Use APIs, SFTP, and the clients User Interface to integrate client data into the platforms data structure. - Handle various data formats (JSON, XML, CSV) to transform data into internal formats using Jinja2 templates. - Understand and manipulate large, complex datasets, debug error messages, and identify incorrect data formats. - Test and validate functionality to ensure it performs as expected. - Provide user training and internal team documentation on platform functionality. - Engage in technical discussions with client technical teams. - Identify process improvements within the team. - Modify internal scripts (primarily in Python) for internal tools. **Qualifications Required:** - Good understanding of Python - Experience with automation tools such as SoapUI and Postman - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint - Understanding of financial instruments; experience in Prime Brokerage is a plus **About Us:** Our company is a global leader in derivatives technology and analytics, providing solutions for hedge funds, asset managers, and banks worldwide.
