Key Responsibilities: Perform GC (Gas Chromatography), HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography), and UV-Visible Spectroscopy analysis for quality control of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products. Conduct routine and non-routine analytical testing following standard operating procedures (SOPs). Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and regulatory standards. Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments to ensure accurate and reliable test results. Document and report test results accurately while ensuring data integrity. Collaborate with production and R&D teams to troubleshoot quality issues and recommend corrective actions. Monitor and maintain laboratory safety protocols and cleanliness. Prepare analytical reports and maintain quality documentation. Assist in method validation, troubleshooting, and process improvement initiatives. Skills: Expertise in GC, HPLC, and UV-Vis spectroscopy. Strong understanding of analytical chemistry principles and quality control procedures. Proficiency in handling and maintaining laboratory instruments. Good documentation and report-writing skills. Knowledge of regulatory compliance, GLP, and safety standards. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and laboratory software. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Preferred candidate profile

Roles and Responsibilities Manage HR generalist activities such as recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll management, grievance redressal, and performance appraisal. Oversee HR operations including policy formulation and implementation to ensure compliance with company regulations. Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees at all levels within the organization. Ensure seamless execution of HR processes by coordinating with various departments. Provide guidance and support to team members on HR-related matters. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in an HR role (preferably in a manufacturing industry). MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (any specialization). Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, laws & regulations applicable to India. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels.

Job Description: Manage and supervise daily accounting operations, team coordination, and data accuracy. Oversee cash flow planning, fund management, and working capital optimization. Handle receivable & payable cycles, ageing analysis, and ensure timely collections/payments. Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and support project-wise profitability analysis. Liaison with banks for working capital, project finance, LCs, BGs, and loan documentation. Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with GST, TDS, TCS, and other statutory laws. Finalize monthly GSTR-2B reconciliations and ensure correct ITC claims. Manage end-to-end import-export documentation and ensure compliance with FEMA, RBI, and DGFT. Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
