Role & responsibilities

1. Greet Visitors: Welcome and greet guests in a professional and friendly manner.

2. Answer Phone Calls: Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to appropriate personnel.

3. Receive Packages and Mail: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.

4. Maintain Reception Area: Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., brochures, forms).

5. Monitor Office Supplies: Keep track of inventory and order office supplies when necessary.

6. Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks and maintain records as required.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Graduate ; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.

- Experience: Proven 1 Years of work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
