Job Summary

SEO Executive


Key Responsibilities


1. On-Page Optimization

  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, URL structures, and internal linking.
  • Perform regular content audits and ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
  • Improve page load speed, mobile usability, and technical SEO elements.


2. Off-Page Optimization

  • Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
  • Manage outreach campaigns, guest posting, and digital PR initiatives.
  • Monitor backlink profile and ensure compliance with Google guidelines.


3. Technical SEO

  • Conduct SEO audits using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Search Console.
  • Identify and fix crawl issues, indexing problems, and site structure improvements.
  • Work with developers to ensure SEO-friendly website architecture.


4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report website performance using Google Analytics, GSC, and other tools.
  • Monitor keyword rankings, traffic growth, CTR, and conversion metrics.
  • Generate actionable insights based on data to improve SEO results.


5. Content Collaboration

  • Coordinate with content writers to develop SEO-friendly content.
  • Provide keyword insights, topic ideas, and optimization guidelines.
  • Ensure alignment of SEO strategy with content and marketing campaigns.


6. Competitor Analysis

  • Conduct competitive research to understand market trends and SEO strategies.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities to outperform competitors.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in SEO or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools: Google Analytics, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs etc.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with content marketing, social media, or PPC campaigns.
  • Knowledge of technical SEO and website performance optimization.
  • Experience in Real Estate, Travel, Hospitality SEO.
