The candidate should have expertise in keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, content strategy, and analytics tools. Experience in optimizing property pages, location-based keywords, and real estate lead-generation campaigns will be a strong advantage. You will play an important role in boosting our website’s organic traffic, generating property leads, and improving search rankings.Key ResponsibilitiesReal Estate SEO ResponsibilitiesConduct keyword research for real estate projects, localities, builders, and property-related termsOptimize property listing pages, project pages, and location-specific landing pagesWork on local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, and local keyword rankingAnalyze competitor websites in the real estate industry, including portals like Magicbricks, 99acres, Housing, NoBroker, etc.Build backlinks through real estate directories, blogs, forums, and relevant niche websitesGeneral SEO ResponsibilitiesConduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and trend analysisPerform on-page SEO: meta tags, headings, content optimization, internal linking, image optimization, and schema markupExecute off-page SEO activities: link building, guest posting, directory submissions, blog posting, bookmarking, and profile creationWork on technical SEO: site audits, page speed optimization, mobile optimization, and fixing crawl/indexing issuesMonitor daily performance metrics and optimize for organic traffic growthCreate SEO reports using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.Optimize landing pages for improved rankings and user engagementStay updated with Google algorithm updates and SEO best practicesRequired SkillsStrong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEOReal estate website SEO experience is highly preferredHands-on experience with tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, UbersuggestBasic knowledge of WordPress / HTML / CMSStrong analytical and communication skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesQualificationBachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related fieldSEO Certification (preferred but not mandatory)Real estate SEO experience or knowledge of the property market is an added advantage
