Search Engine Optimization Executive

About the Company:
We are a fast-growing IT company specializing in web development, digital marketing, UI/UX design, and eCommerce solutions. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Female SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team and help enhance our online visibility, traffic, and search engine rankings.

Job Description:

The SEO Executive will be responsible for implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to increase the company’s organic reach. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in on-page SEO, off-page SEO, keyword research, technical SEO, and analytics tools.

Note: Female candidates are preferred for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
• Perform detailed keyword research to support content and marketing plans.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for SEO best practices.
• Conduct on-page optimization (meta tags, URL structure, header tags, schema markup, etc.).
• Manage off-page SEO activities including link building, guest posting, and outreach.
• Track, analyze, and report website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to improve user experience and SEO outcomes.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm changes, and industry updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in SEO or Digital Marketing.
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, WordPress, and website optimization.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of local SEO, YouTube SEO, and content marketing is a plus.

Work Details:

Location: 4th Floor, D-234, C&P Office No. 401, Phase 8B, Industrial Area, Sector 74, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab – 140307
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Experience Required: 2–3 Years
Work Mode: In-person (Female candidate preferred)
