Role Overview

Sales Director


Key Responsibilities


1. Strategic Leadership & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and implement company-wide sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and expansion channels.
  • Set annual and quarterly sales targets and ensure company-wide achievement.


2. Team & Department Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage sales managers and their teams across multiple units.
  • Oversee the recruiting, onboarding, and development of sales staff.
  • Cultivate a high-performance, customer-focused sales culture.


3. Sales Operations & Performance Monitoring

  • Establish KPIs, dashboards, forecasting models, and performance tracking systems.
  • Optimize sales processes, CRM utilization, and lead management workflows.
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing to streamline sales efficiency.


4. Client, Partner & Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, developers, and investors.
  • Oversee major deals, large negotiations, and enterprise-level accounts.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and strategic meetings.


5. Content Creation & Brand Presence

  • Participate in

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 10–15 years of progressively senior sales experience

    , with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong background in real estate sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale teams and drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems, sales analytics, and forecasting tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
