Job Title: Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer/Consultant Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled professional with deep expertise in SFMC development and consulting, capable of delivering personalized and responsive customer experiences across various Salesforce Marketing Cloud studios and tools. Key Responsibilities: Participate in agile delivery activities such as design, estimation, retrospectives, and continuous improvement. Develop SQL-based query activities for audience segmentation, reporting, and data extracts. Provide front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript for Cloud Pages and template-based emails. Code and manage emails and Cloud Pages using Content Builder and AMPscript. Utilize Contact Builder to create and manage relational data models and data extensions. Design and implement automations using Automation Studio (including file imports with encryption/decryption). Create dynamic and personalized emails using AMPscript. Leverage SSJS for advanced scripting and API calls. Build and manage triggered sends, journeys, and complex automations. Develop landing pages and web forms through Cloud Pages. Integrate external data and trigger communications using SFMC REST/SOAP APIs. Retrieve and transfer data to/from extract tables and journeys via APIs. Work with Salesforce connectors (e.g., Marketing Cloud Connect, SFCC cartridges). Implement Predictive Intelligence / Einstein features for personalized recommendations. Capture technical and business requirements and translate them into SFMC solution designs. Create, manage, and present actionable solution blueprints aligning business needs with SFMC capabilities. Troubleshoot technical and functional issues in marketing campaigns. Provide on-call support to resolve platform-related issues and liaise with Salesforce support when needed. Maintain architectural artifacts and documentation for the SFMC environment. Collaborate with Business Super Users and cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Strong experience with: Email Studio, MobileConnect (SMS/Push), Advertising Studio Frontend development for responsive experiences MCE & MCP certifications (preferred) Proficient in: Contact Builder & relational data modeling SQL for segmentation and data extracts AMPscript, SSJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript REST/SOAP API integrations Experience in creating dynamic content in Content Builder. Hands-on with Automation Studio for complex workflows and data automation. Agile methodology participation (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
