Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and AMP script, along with experience in data segmentation and campaign analytics.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Develop and manage customer journeys using Journey Builder.
• Create dynamic and personalized content using AMPscript and HTML/CSS.
• Configure and manage Automation Studio workflows for campaign execution.
• Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and other third-party systems.
• Perform data segmentation and audience targeting for campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and data privacy regulations.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, AMP script.
• Strong understanding of data extensions, segmentation, and relational data models.

• Experience with HTML/CSS for email templates.

• Familiarity with SQL for query activities in Marketing Cloud.

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification (preferred).

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or related field.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
