Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

Role & responsibilities

Development & Implementation

• End-to-End Implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring alignment with our customer journey across segments (affordable, mid-income to HNI).

• Build and deploy multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and push notifications.

• Integrate SFMC with CRM and third-party tools (social, analytics, Capi, Google & Meta ad platforms).

• Design dynamic email templates using AMP script, HTML, and personalization strings.

2. Customer Focus & Monitoring

• Create and manage Customer Journeys using AI, ChatGPT, BOT, Journey Builder and Automation Studio.

• Monitor campaign performance and deliver insights through reports and dashboards.

• Maintain data hygiene, manage compliance (GDPR, privacy), and track unsubscribe preferences.

3. Coordination

• Work with marketing and sales teams to develop segmentation strategies, manage subscriber lists, and create data extensions.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Presales, Sales & Loyalty to optimize lead conversion and retention.

Preferred candidate profile

Essential

• BE in ExTc or equivalent

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

• Working knowledge of AMP script, SQL, APIs, and data integrations.

• Preference will be given to BFSI/ real estate industry.

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud-certified candidates are preferred

• Strong understanding of marketing analytics, customer segmentation, SMS & WhatsApp and email best practices.
