Full Stack Developer - MERN Stack

Job Summary: We are hiring a Full Stack Developer MERN Stack with 5+ years of experience for a lead-track, full-time onsite role in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will design and develop scalable web applications, lead end-to-end development, and mentor junior developers. Strong proficiency in Node.js, React.js, Express.js, and database management is required. Experience with cloud deployments (especially AWS) and RESTful APIs is essential. Leadership experience and knowledge of AWS Amplify are added advantages. Job Responsibility Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Lead end-to-end development activities and guide junior developers. Write clean, efficient, and reusable code with strong focus on performance and security. Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services. Manage database structures and queries (MongoDB/SQL). Collaborate with UI/UX designers, DevOps, and product owners. Ensure CI/CD pipelines and code deployments are robust. Troubleshoot and debug production issues Mandatory Skills: Proficiency in Node.js, React.js, and Express.js. Strong knowledge of database design and query optimization (SQL or NoSQL). Experience with Git and cloud deployments (especially AWS). Experience in RESTful API development and integration. Good understanding of design patterns and coding standards. AWS Amplify is a plus. Prior team leadership or mentoring experience preferred.
