(Remote | Flexible Hours | Profit-Sharing | Core Team | Part-Time to Full-Time) GTM Labs is a full-stack growth studio empowering early-stage Web3 and tech startups with marketing, product, and business development solutions . As we grow and expand across products and services, we’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who’s versatile, driven, and passionate about building real-world, scalable digital solutions across websites, dashboards, marketing tools, and dApps. This is a foundational tech role , where your code directly impacts how we deliver to clients and how we scale internally. 💼 Responsibilities Architect, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications , admin panels, dashboards, and micro-tools across multiple internal and client-facing projects. Work across front-end and back-end using modern frameworks and scalable architecture. Collaborate with the marketing, design, product, and BD teams to build tools, landing pages, and integrations. Contribute to the automation of internal systems (KOL tools, analytics trackers, lead systems, campaign dashboards). Optimise performance, security, and deployment workflows for all builds. Help define tech roadmap, tooling decisions, and future technical hiring. 🛠️ Tech Stack & Skills (We’re Looking For Experience In)Not all required — but the more you know, the better! Frontend: React.js / Next.js / Vue.js HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Tailwind, SCSS Backend: Node.js / Express / Python / Django / Flask / FastAPI MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL REST APIs, GraphQL DevOps & Tools: Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines Firebase / Supabase / AWS / GCP Webhooks, 3rd-party API integrations Familiarity with Web3 tech like WalletConnect, Ethers.js, Solidity basics (Bonus) ✅ You’re a Great Fit If You: Have 3–5+ years of hands-on experience as a full-stack developer (agency, startup, or freelance OK). Have built both marketing websites and functional platforms/tools from scratch. Are comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment. Have strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and a ship-it-fast mindset.
