Full Stack Developer - MERN Stack

As a Web Developer at our company, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable and responsive web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Your role will involve building reusable frontend components with React.js, Hooks, and state management tools such as Redux, Context API, and Zustand. You will also be converting Figma/UI designs into clean, performant, and reusable React components. In addition, you will implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs with Node.js/Express and ensure seamless integration with frontend applications. Designing and optimizing MongoDB schemas and queries for scalability and performance will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. You will also be tasked with ensuring smooth data flow between the frontend and backend, including aspects like authentication, authorization, and caching. Your role will also involve optimizing both frontend and backend performance across various devices and browsers. Collaboration will be key as you participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies. You will closely work with cross-functional teams, including DevOps and QA, to deliver high-quality applications. Furthermore, you will be responsible for implementing CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
