Full Stack Developer

As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable and responsive web applications using the MERN stack, which includes MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Your role will involve building reusable frontend components with React.js, Hooks, and various state management tools such as Redux, Context API, and Zustand. You will be converting Figma/UI designs into clean, performant, and reusable React components and implementing RESTful and GraphQL APIs with Node.js/Express to seamlessly integrate with frontend applications. Additionally, you will play a key role in designing and optimizing MongoDB schemas and queries to ensure scalability and performance. It will be your responsibility to ensure smooth data flow between the frontend and backend, including aspects like authentication, authorization, and caching. Optimizing frontend and backend performance across different devices and browsers will also be part of your daily tasks. You will actively participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including DevOps and QA. Moreover, your role will involve implementing CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes. You will also be responsible for deploying and managing applications on AWS cloud services, with a preference for candidates holding AWS certification. In terms of skills, you should have expertise in frontend technologies such as React.js (with Hooks), JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and various state management tools. Familiarity with styling libraries like TailwindCSS, Styled-Components, Material UI, and Bootstrap, as well as routing with React Router, will be essential. On the backend side, proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, API development (RESTful APIs & GraphQL), database management (MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB), and authentication & authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, etc.) is required. Experience with DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka, along with cloud services like AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch) will be beneficial for this role. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar) is also desirable.
