Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead the administration, configuration, and support of Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in managing end-to-end Salesforce environments and supporting cross-functional teams with scalable and secure solutions. Key Responsibilities: Manage and support Sales & Service Cloud (Accounts, Leads, Opportunities, Email/Web/SMS-to-Case, Omni-Channel, etc.) Handle configurations including Flows, SSO, Sharing Rules, OWDs, Public Groups Manage users, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchies Oversee environment and license management across sandboxes Perform L1/L2 ticket resolutions and system troubleshooting Support CI/CD release process and version control with conflict resolution Ensure data security, platform integrity, and compliance Collaborate with cross-functional teams for enhancements and best practices Required Skills: 7+ years of Salesforce Admin experience Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Proficient in Lightning Flows and Salesforce automation tools Experience in Salesforce environment and user management Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator (Required) Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (Required) Sales/Service Cloud Consultant (Preferred)
