Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Service Cloud (SFSC) Developer who can go beyond traditional development work to act as a consultant—partnering with business stakeholders, configuring data, and shaping optimal SFSC solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and a strong understanding of customer service processes, combined with the ability to advise, configure, and implement scalable solutions that meet business needs. Duties to be performed • 3+ Years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales, Service and Communities. • Case Management through Email2Case, Web2Case and Chat2Case. • Expert in building LWC and managing components support multiple Countries and multi-language selections. • Hands on Omni Channel Implementation, skill-based case routing. • Live Agent Chat integrations with help Desk, chat to case hands on implementation. • Knowledge Articles management and Visibility in Experience Cloud. • Expert with Apex classes, Triggers, Batch Jobs and Integrations. • Local translations expert and to configure dynamic translations. • Hands on creating Search engines and optimization. • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. • Experience with working in Agile methodology, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives. • Strong communicational skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II • Salesforce Certified Service cloud consultant. Nice to Have : • Salesforce Certified App Builder. • Salesforce Certified Administrator. • Salesforce Certified Experience cloud consultant (community Cloud). • Hands on CTI Integration and customizations.
