Urgently hiring for Salesforce CPQ and Billing Expert Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implementation & Configuration:

o Lead the implementation and configuration of Salesforce Billing to meet client business requirements.

o Customize and configure Salesforce Billing to align with clients' billing processes.

2. Billing Operations:

o Manage and oversee the daily billing operations for clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

o Develop and maintain billing schedules, recurring billing, and subscription management.

3. Integration & Data Management:

o Integrate Salesforce Billing with other Salesforce products and third-party systems.

o Ensure data integrity and consistency across all billing-related systems.

o Monitor and manage data migration and data quality.

4. Process Improvement:

o Identify and implement process improvements to enhance billing efficiency and accuracy.

o Develop and maintain documentation for billing processes and procedures.

5. Reporting & Analysis:

o Generate and analyze billing reports to provide insights and recommendations.

o Track and report on key billing metrics and KPIs.

6. Support & Training:

o Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce Billing functionalities.

o Troubleshoot and resolve billing issues in a timely manner.

7. Compliance & Security:

o Ensure billing processes comply with relevant regulations and standards.

o Maintain data security and privacy in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 6+ years of Proven experience with Salesforce Billing and Salesforce CPQ

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Billing Specialist, Salesforce CPQ Specialist) preferred.

• Strong understanding of billing processes, subscription management, and revenue recognition.

• Experience with data integration and migration.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in a consulting role is preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of quote to cash process, Salesforce Billing and understanding of financial back-office systems for GL/AR/Invoicing preferred

• Become the thought leader of the Revenue Cloud practice

• Responsible for ensuring solutions align with the Roadmap and Blueprints for each impacted domain
