Job Description

Job Purpose/Summary:

Understand the functional aspect of core saleforce.com standard objects, setup up lead generation process, setup marketing campaigns and relevant reports and dashboards

• Understands end to end sales lifecycle, sales framework, working closely with sales and marketing team

• Detail-oriented energetic team player motivated with multi-tasking capabilities problem solver and hands-on experience with presentation and client/customer relation skills

• Good communication and inter-personal skills with ability to work well in a dynamic team environment

• Should have good understanding of SCRUM methodology

• Good communication skills

Good experience using salesforce.com, apex development, force.com, app exchange.

• Certification is salesforce cloud is added advantage

• Experience in application and workflow customization including configuration and Administration

• Proficiency in customization of page layouts, setting up approval processes, sound knowledge of custom application development, data migration and cleanup, setting advance fields such as custom field, dependent pick lists, validation rules, workflow sharing rules, alerts, security and sharing rules at object and record level, setting up user profiles and permissions, setting up organizational hierarchy

• Proficient is setting up reports and dashboards as per business requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in sessions with Salesforce.com customers and other team members to understand Business Requirements and Business Processes.

• Document and analyze required information and data

• Prepare requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations

• Elicit Functional Requirements through various communication channels

• Creation and delivery of requirements, planning documentation, features and functional specifications, business process flow design, and recommendations on scope

• Configure and customize Salesforce.com Sales and Service applications.

• Initiate, drive and deliver effective experiences in partnership with distributed cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the architectural vision are communicated, supported and delivered to the highest standards.

• Excellent understanding of Salesforce best practices.

• Exhibit creativity and resourcefulness at problem-solving while collaborating and working effectively.

• Perform research and implement best practices into problem avoidance and continuous improvement.

Qualificaton:

Bachelors or Masters

Functional Skills/Competencies:

Salesforce Cloud knowledge,write user stories, documentation, project planning and execution

Behavioral Skills/Competencies:

Good communication skills and good team player
