Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Training Program Development: Design, develop, and deliver training programs that address the needs of our sales teams, including new hire training, product knowledge training, and skills-based training. Training Delivery: Deliver training programs in a classroom setting, virtually, or through on-the-job coaching. Needs Assessment: Analyze sales performance data to identify training needs and opportunities for improvement. Sales Performance Improvement: Work with sales leaders to develop strategies for improving sales performance, including coaching, mentoring, and training. Training Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement. Your job responsibilities will include: Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement Design training curriculum within time and budget limitations Create and curate training material. Induct new salespeople into the process Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses Monitor sales objectives and results and drive conversion Coach Team members to handle rebuttals effectively. Observe sales encounters and collect feedback, results, and performance data of trainees after sessions. Report on the impact of training programs (e.g. sales achieved) Maintain updated records of training material and curriculum Requirements: Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role. Experience in a sales position in a similar domain. Manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning. Excellent organizational skills, communication and presentation abilities Ability to measure performance, experience with building and developing teams. At least 3 years of experience as a sales coach, training specialist, or a similar position Possession of certifications in training would be an advantage. Excellent knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices.
