Role Overview

We’re looking for a Sales Team Leader who can manage, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both direct and indirect sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong command of call-based selling, training, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Sales Executives and Senior Sales Representatives.
  • Conduct regular training on sales scripts, communication flow, objection handling, and closing techniques.
  • Ensure daily discipline, reporting, and performance tracking of each team member.
  • Motivate the team to meet individual and collective sales targets.
  • Oversee the complete sales funnel — from lead generation to closure and payment collection.
  • Monitor and improve conversion ratios and follow-up quality.
  • Assist team members during difficult calls to ensure deal closure.
  • Maintain coordination with the operations and finance teams for smooth client onboarding and payment follow-ups.
  • Track and report daily/weekly sales metrics (calls made, deals closed, revenue achieved).
  • Conduct one-on-one feedback sessions to improve communication and productivity.
  • Ensure adherence to company pitch standards and sales protocols.

Key Skills Required

  • Minimum 4 years of team-leading experience in telesales / inside sales / BPO / EdTech sales setup.
  • Strong understanding of direct and indirect selling processes.
  • Ability to train and mentor team members on pitching, objection handling, and conversions.
  • Excellent communication and command over Hindi and English.
  • Strong coordination and performance-monitoring skills.
  • Used to fast-paced, target-driven environments.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
  • Incentives: Performance-based (monthly / quarterly bonus on sales target achievement)
  • Other Perks: Attendance bonus, recognition awards, and opportunity for promotion to managerial role
