Role Overview

We are seeking a Social Media Manager who can plan, execute, and oversee the entire digital presence of the brand across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and more.
The candidate should have hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads, along with a working knowledge of SEO, analytics, and brand marketing.

The ideal person is both creative and analytical, capable of managing campaigns, coordinating with designers and video editors, and ensuring strong ROI from paid and organic efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow V&V’s digital presence across social platforms – Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Develop and implement monthly content calendars, ensuring consistent brand voice and visual identity.
  • Coordinate with the content, design, and video editing teams for post creation, reels, and campaign creatives.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, engagement rate, conversion rate).
  • Suggest improvements for ad creatives, captions, and audience targeting to optimize results.
  • Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.
  • Apply basic SEO principles while posting and strategizing content to improve search visibility.
  • Handle brand reputation, timely responses, and user engagement across platforms.
  • Research new trends, competitor activities, and best practices in EdTech and digital marketing.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of real-life experience in social media and digital marketing roles (preferably in EdTech or service-based industries).
  • Proven experience in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads campaign handling.
  • Good understanding of SEO fundamentals, keyword planning, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of all major platforms — Meta (Facebook + Instagram), X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, etc.
  • Ability to write clear, engaging captions and understand visual storytelling.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Experience in managing agency coordination or in-house creative teams.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
