About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute

  multi-platform social media strategies

  for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
• Plan, schedule, and publish

  daily/weekly content calendars

  aligned with brand campaigns.
• Lead

  meme creation, trendjacking, and real-time content strategy

  to keep the brands culturally relevant and engaging.
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create high-quality

  visuals, reels, stories, and video content and maintain the Instagram Grid

  with visual consistency.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize

  engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments, reach, saves)

  .
• Manage and grow

  LinkedIn company pages and Founders LinkedIn presence

  with strategic storytelling.
• Engage with online communities, respond to comments/messages, and manage brand reputation.
  
• Track competitors’ social strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation.
  
• Work with influencer partners and manage collaborations to extend brand reach.
  
• Provide

  monthly reports

  on performance, growth, and actionable insights.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in

  social media marketing and management

  (fintech, BFSI, or consumer brands preferred).
• Strong expertise in

  Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn and Facebook growth strategies

  .
• Proven track record of creating

  viral, shareable, and engaging content

  .
• Knowledge of

  social listening, analytics, and scheduling tools

  (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social, etc.).
• Creative mindset with strong skills in

  storytelling, memes, reels, and short-form video trends

  .
• Ability to work closely with content, design, and digital marketing teams.
  
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  
• Up-to-date with the latest

  social media algorithms, trends, and platform updates

  .
