About the Role

Digital Marketing Specialist

  • Plan and execute

    multi-channel digital campaigns

    across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
  • Manage

    performance marketing budgets

    , track spends, and optimize campaigns for ROI and cost per lead (CPL).
  • Develop and execute

    email marketing and marketing automation campaigns

    (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or equivalent).
  • Coordinate with the design team to create compelling

    ad creatives, landing pages, and A/B testing variants

    .
  • Develop

    meme-based content and trend-driven campaigns

    to engage audiences, increase shareability, and build a stronger digital presence in line with ongoing social trends.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using

    Google Analytics 4, Data Studio, and ad platform dashboards

    .
  • Support in growing and engaging brand presence across

    LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube

    through paid + organic strategies.
  • Collaborate with the SEO Manager to align paid campaigns with

    organic growth strategies

    .
  • Research competitor campaigns

    , audience insights, and fintech industry trends to identify opportunities.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with

    data privacy regulations and financial advertising guidelines

    .

Required Skills & Experience

  • 35 years of hands-on experience in

    digital/performance marketing

    (fintech, BFSI, or SaaS preferred).
  • Proven success in running and optimizing

    Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    CPL, CTR, ROAS, conversion tracking, and funnel metrics

    .
  • Experience with

    marketing automation tools

    (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, or similar).
  • Solid knowledge of

    Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and Data Studio dashboards

    .
  • Ability to collaborate with content and design teams for impactful campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Up-to-date with the latest

    digital marketing trends, AI tools, and ad platform updates
