Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Execute and optimise
performance marketing campaigns
across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Manage daily campaign performance, budgets, targeting, and creative testing.
Support marketing automation workflows using tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Zapier, or similar.
Use AI tools for ad optimisation, content assistance, reporting, and audience insights.
Collaborate with the content, design, and social teams to align creatives with campaign goals.
Track KPIs, analyse results, and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
Conduct competitor research, keyword analysis, and audience segmentation for better campaign outcomes.
Stay updated on digital trends, platform updates, and new ad formats.

Requirements:

2–5 years of experience
in digital marketing with strong exposure to performance marketing.
Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and marketing automation tools.
Basic understanding of
AI tools
for creative optimisation, automation, and analytics.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve campaign performance.
Good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
