Graphic And Visual Designer

We are looking for a creative and multi-skilled Graphic & Visual Designer who has strong expertise in designing high-quality social media visuals, GIFs, and short videos. This role requires a strong design sense, storytelling ability, and hands-on skills across both traditional and modern design tools.

You will collaborate closely with the content, digital, and brand teams to create visually compelling graphics, motion-based creatives, and brand-centric visuals for group companies under SwitchMyLoan.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging visuals for social media, website assets, email creatives, and paid marketing campaigns for multiple brands.

• Create high-quality GIFs, micro-animations, and short-format video content suitable for

Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Develop visual branding elements including icons, illustrations, product UI visuals, and

marketing assets.

• Work on brand identity consistency across all digital touchpoints.

• Collaborate with content and performance teams to produce creative assets for campaigns.

• Develop and refine visual stories & creative mood boards for campaigns, brand launches, and product communication.

• Experiment with modern motion design tools to create dynamic, interactive visual assets.

• Support video editing - text overlays, animations, reels, and promo edits.

• Stay updated with latest design trends, animation styles, fintech branding styles, and modern creative formats.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines

Must-Have Skills & Tools

Mastery in Figma & Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop

Mastery in Generating rich visuals via AI / LLM Models

Experience in creating GIFs & short social videos

Strong knowledge of modern design trends, visual hierarchies, typography, grid systems

Hands-on experience with Lottie / Rive / Spline 3D / Blender 3D or willingness to learn

Basic of video editing & motion graphic overlays

Good to Have

Motion design experience (After Effects, Rive, Blender, etc.)

Understanding of product design & UI asset creation

Experience working in fintech/startup environments

Ability to ideate storytelling-driven campaigns

Required Experience

• 2 to 4 years of experience in graphic & digital design

• Strong portfolio showcasing digital work, animations, GIFs, and short social visual assets
