Job Description

About the Role

  • Drive end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with business goals and lead digital transformation through customer-journey design, automation, and technology integration.

2. Multi-Channel Campaign Leadership

  • Oversee execution of integrated campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, SMS, App/Web Push notifications, Onsite Banners, NPS, RCS, and personalization using the MarTech platform.
  • Build and enhance investor journeys across acquisition, activation, onboarding, cross-sell, retention, and engagement.

3. Personalization, Experience Management & CDP Development

  • Design personalized interventions and deliver a unified, seamless experience across all digital touchpoints for investors, partners, RMs, and corporate stakeholders.
  • Build data-driven segments, predictive models, and targeted communication strategies by working on setting up the Customer Data Platform (CDP) to centralize customer profiles, activate insights, and enable advanced personalization at scale.

4. Data Analytics, Agentic AI & Insight Activation

  • Strengthen analytical capabilities by leveraging advanced data analytics, Agentic AI, and automation-driven insights to understand customer behaviour, predict outcomes, and scale high-impact marketing interventions.

5. Performance Insights, Optimization & Experimentation

  • Run A/B tests, journey experiments, and continuous optimization initiatives across channels.
  • Monitor KPIs, funnel metrics, customer insights, and competitor trends to drive data-backed decisions and improve performance.

6. Cross-Functional & Partner Collaboration

  • Work closely with Creative, Product, Corporate Communications teams and external partners (agencies, vendors, technology partners) to ensure flawless campaign design, execution, and business alignment.

7. Compliance, Governance & Standards

  • Ensure full compliance with SEBI regulations, data-governance norms, and digital communication standards across all marketing initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • 10 years + of experience in MarTech, preferably in AMC/BFSI/FinTech.
  • Strong working knowledge of marketing automation tools .
  • Understanding of investor lifecycle, personalization models, and data-driven marketing.
  • Experience with UTM tagging, GA4, reporting dashboards, Agentic AI and performance analytics.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and project management skills.
