Job Description

As a Marketing Tech Lead, your role involves leveraging your 3 to 5 years of experience in Mumbai to contribute effectively to the team. You should have a solid understanding of various marketing fundamentals such as organic social, SEO, paid social, SEM, lead gen, CRM, web analytics, drip/remarketing, chatbots, AdSense, affiliate, IVR, etc. Additionally, you should be well-versed in metrics like CPC, ROAS, Engagement rate, etc. Key Responsibilities: - Automate Internal Processes: Design, build, and maintain automations using platforms like Google Sheets, Zoho Creator, Airtable, Make.com, Zapier, and Google Apps Script to streamline workflows across teams. - Reporting Automation: Develop end-to-end reporting pipelines by pulling data via APIs from social/ad platforms, SaaS tools, transforming it using BigQuery or equivalent, and visualizing it in Looker Studio. - AI-Powered Solutions: Prototype and implement agentic AI/MCPs to enhance efficiency through chatbots, intelligent alerts, and automated insights. - Tech Evangelism: Keep abreast of AI and martech trends, recommend, and pilot new tools that drive tangible results. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in nocode/lowcode/automation platforms like Make, Zapier, Airtable, Zoho Creator, etc. - Experience in building automated reporting in Google Looker Studio. - Familiarity with querying and transforming data, basic AWS, Google Apps Script, web hosting, Github, and BigQuery. - Ability to connect different platforms via APIs, including SaaS platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.), ad/social platforms (Graph API, YouTube, Google Ads, etc.), and AI APIs (OpenAI or Claude APIs). - Knowledge of and experience in applying Agentic AI / MCPs.
