We are searching for an experienced and innovative Artificial Intelligence (AI) Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. What You Do As an AI Tech Lead, you will help design, build, and optimize AI-first systems and solutions that advance our digital capabilities and create real value for our clients. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a multidisciplinary AI team. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and AI use cases. Translate abstract business problems into concrete, innovative AI solutions. Drive code quality, robust architecture, and documentation within technical teams. Facilitate knowledge sharing, peer reviews, and upskilling within the AI team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams. Work on Valtechs various AI Accelerators What We Ask 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI engineering and 10+ years of overall work experience. Proficiency with programming languages such as Python. Knowledge of software engineering best practices including source control, CI/CD, and automated testing. Familiarity with cloud technologies and managed AI services such as Azure Machine Learning, AWS SageMaker, or Google AI Platform. Understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, and ethical AI development. Understanding of AI Concepts like LLMs, RAG, AgenticAI, MCPs. Stay updated with the latest AI research and technologies. Prior involvement in MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and automation of AI workflows. Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills, with a willingness to share ideas and collaborate. Zeal to learn & Excel. Role & responsibilities To maintain the utility departmental equipment in healthy condition to have ZERO breakdown Ensure periodical checklist done Involvement with dedication for Shut down maintenance, preventive maintenance, and breakdown maintenance To execute the works allotted by Sr. engineer Check proper pressure for fire pump house equipments and pumps Maintain the compressor healthy with n breakdown. If found any abnormality, inform to sr. engineer/ head well before the time to ensure the availability of spares To do inform with written communication for abnormalities found, spares required etc To run all equipment smoothly To know about all the maintenance activities related to fire alarm system. Know about sprinklers, MCPs, Detectors etc Preferred candidate profile Major VFD/PLC experience along with electrical knowledge. Down time, costs, adherence to timelines Monitor performance of all utility equipment as per requirements and maintain log sheet records Ensure all safety compliances are being adhered to and safe working practices are being followed Maintain and ensure all utility equipment is functioning as per required parameters Monitor spares available and keep informing about the requirement till receives Plan and carry out periodic maintenance of all utility equipment
