Role & responsibilities To maintain the utility departmental equipment in healthy condition to have ZERO breakdown Ensure periodical checklist done Involvement with dedication for Shut down maintenance, preventive maintenance, and breakdown maintenance To execute the works allotted by Sr. engineer Check proper pressure for fire pump house equipments and pumps Maintain the compressor healthy with n breakdown. If found any abnormality, inform to sr. engineer/ head well before the time to ensure the availability of spares To do inform with written communication for abnormalities found, spares required etc To run all equipment smoothly To know about all the maintenance activities related to fire alarm system. Know about sprinklers, MCPs, Detectors etc Preferred candidate profile Major VFD/PLC experience along with electrical knowledge. Down time, costs, adherence to timelines Monitor performance of all utility equipment as per requirements and maintain log sheet records Ensure all safety compliances are being adhered to and safe working practices are being followed Maintain and ensure all utility equipment is functioning as per required parameters Monitor spares available and keep informing about the requirement till receives Plan and carry out periodic maintenance of all utility equipment
