The role involves generating leads, building broker relationships, and supporting channel partner networks to drive walk-ins and conversions for Sunteck’s residential projects. Key Responsibilities: Generate and manage leads through various sourcing channels like brokers, channel partners, and cold calling. Build and maintain strong broker/channel partner relationships to ensure a steady flow of client referrals. Conduct regular market visits and broker meets to promote project awareness and engagement. Coordinate with the internal sales team for site visits and ensure quality walk-ins. Track and report sourcing performance weekly/monthly. Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients and follow up for conversions. Participate in on-ground events, project launches, and marketing activities to support lead generation. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales/sourcing, insurance, BFSI, or direct sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong local market knowledge of Mumbai suburbs (especially Vasai, Goregaon, Mira Road). Target-driven and result-oriented approach.
