About the Role

SEO Manager

• Develop and execute

  SEO strategies

  (on-page, off-page, technical SEO) for all 5 brands.
• Perform

  comprehensive keyword research

  to identify growth opportunities in the fintech and lending space.
• Conduct

  SEO audits

  regularly to improve site structure, speed, mobile performance, and crawlability.
• Optimize

  website content, metadata, and internal linking

  for improved ranking.
• Collaborate with content writers and copywriters to ensure

  SEO-friendly blogs, landing pages, and campaigns

  .
• Build

  backlink strategies

  and manage outreach with relevant financial and business portals.
• Monitor performance via

  Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog

  , and provide actionable insights.
• Track competitor activities and identify SEO opportunities for differentiation.
  
• Ensure consistent

  brand visibility across Google SERPs, featured snippets, and local SEO

  .
• Report progress with

  monthly dashboards

  on keyword growth, traffic, leads generated, and conversion impact.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4 to 6 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in

  BFSI and Fintech domains

• Proven success in scaling SEO traffic for

  multi-brand or multi-product portfolios

  .
• Expertise in

  keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, technical SEO, and schema optimization

  .
• Strong understanding of

  Google algorithms, Core Web Vitals, and SEO best practices

  .
• Experience with tools like

  Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Surfer SEO

  .
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
  
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with

  design, content, and development teams

  .
• Up-to-date with the latest

  SEO trends, AI tools, and search engine updates

  .
