  • Define and execute the

    content strategy

    across all brands in alignment with marketing goals and campaigns.
  • Create

    clear, concise, and engaging

    content for websites, landing pages, blogs, and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with SEO, design, and marketing teams to ensure all content is optimized for performance and aligned with brand identity.
  • Write and edit long-form and short-form content including articles, guides, ad copies, social captions, scripts, and emailers.
  • Maintain consistency in

    tone, messaging, and storytelling

    across multiple platforms and audiences.
  • Research and simplify complex financial concepts for mass audiences - ensuring

    accuracy and compliance

    .
  • Work closely with product and marketing heads to support campaigns, launch materials, and brand storytelling.
  • Manage and mentor

    junior content writers

    to deliver on timelines, tone, and quality.
  • Develop content calendars and ensure alignment between

    brand, product, and SEO

    priorities.
  • Identify opportunities for

    thought leadership content

    , founder posts, and educational finance content.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of professional experience in content writing, preferably in

    fintech, BFSI, or SaaS

    domains.
  • Strong expertise in

    copywriting, SEO writing, and long-form storytelling.

  • Proven ability to write for multiple brand tones and audience personas.
  • Deep understanding of

    financial and lending products

    (personal loans, credit, refinancing, etc.).
  • Experience with

    content planning tools

    (Notion, Trello, or ClickUp) and

    SEO tools

    (Surfer, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
  • Excellent command over English, grammar, and editing.
  • Ability to collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams effectively.
  • Basic understanding of analytics to assess content performance.
