Job Description

  1. Brand & Market Research

• Conduct in-depth brand research for all GPW brands and multi-designer exhibition brands.

• Study each designer’s brand language, vocabulary, product description patterns, and overall brand positioning.

• Analyse social media and content performance to make data-driven marketing decisions.

2. Content & Communication

• Create mood boards and templates for events and campaigns; coordinate with graphic designers for final execution.

• Develop brand-specific marketing strategies for exhibitions, solo sales, and digital campaigns.

• Craft unique positioning statements for each event to ensure relevance and differentiation.

• Write talking points covering trends, categories, and sale angles while adhering to brand guidelines.

• Prepare initial communication drafts for social media creatives.

• Collaborate with the communication team to refine content drafts.

• Ensure every content piece has a purpose—hype, urgency, education, or persuasion.

• Curate Instagram Highlights, update bios, and manage campaign landing pages.

• Shortlist images and references for social media concepts on a daily basis.

3. Social Media Management

• Ensure timely publishing of all creatives including posts, stories, reels, and UGC.

• Plan and monitor social media content for GPW and multi-designer exhibitions.

• Research trending UGC ideas and create briefs for the UGC creator.

• Oversee content direction including model selection, music selection, and UGC concepts.

4. Event & Shoot Management

• Provide real-time event coverage during exhibitions (stories + communication).

• Create detailed event coverage briefs for photographers and videographers.

• Identify and coordinate with photographers/videographers; negotiate commercials and follow up for payments with accounts.

• Supervise content capture at events to ensure quality and alignment with brand briefs.

• Conduct designer and customer testimonial videos at exhibitions.

• Assist with in-store and in-house shoot planning and execution.

• Visit designer stores as required for shoots and brand understanding.

5. Team & Creative Coordination

• Coordinate daily with internal teams and third-party graphic designers.

• Conduct weekly meetings to align on campaign guidelines, brand expectations, and deliverables.

• Get creatives approved by leadership/brand and ensure timely revisions.

• Oversee outfit shortlisting for UGC and in-house shoots.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion Communication, Mass Communication, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, brand strategy, or event coverage (fashion/luxury industry preferred).

• Strong understanding of branding, creative visualisation, and fashion communication.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple designers, events, and campaigns simultaneously.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative, and dynamic environment.

• Basic understanding of social media tools, analytics, and current digital trends.
