Key Responsibilities Content Creation, Media & Branding Plan, create, and execute content across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms. Lead Capturing & Initial Response Management Capture incoming leads from social media platforms and other digital channels. Respond to all enquiries with basic course details, brochures, and relevant links. Hold and nurture the lead until the mock session is scheduled. Confirm the lead’s attendance for the mock session. After the mock session, follow up with the Administrator to check the status of conversion. Video Production Direction Oversee the recording of French teaching videos, reels, TEF explanation videos, and shorts. Provide editors with clear guidance on transitions, pacing, captions, colour grading, and storyline flow. Review and approve all edited videos before publishing. Script Writing Write compelling scripts for ads, reels, YouTube videos, educational content, and promotional campaigns. Craft persuasive, high-conversion messaging tailored to each platform. Coordinate with faculty to ensure academic accuracy and messaging clarity. Subtitle & Language Quality Control Review and verify French, English, and Tamil subtitle (.srt) files. Ensure linguistic accuracy, proper tone, correct terminology, and professional presentation. Team Coordination Work closely with and manage the Video Editor to ensure timely delivery of content. Coordinate with internal departments (Academic, Admin, Tutors) to align content with educational objectives. What We’re Looking For 1–3 years experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing. Good Communications skills in Tamil and English . Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and short-form video trends. Excellent writing and script development skills. Basic understanding of video editing workflows (editing not required). This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to transform educational and promotional content into engaging, high-quality videos that align with our brand identity. Key Responsibilities Video Editing & Post-Production Edit educational videos, French teaching content, TEF explanation clips, reels, shorts, and promotional content. Use editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro , CapCut , PhotoRoom and DaVinci Resolve to produce high-quality output. Apply transitions, motion graphics, colour grading, captions, effects, and storytelling elements based on brand guidelines. Ensure all videos align with the required tone, pace, and learning objectives. Videography Record high-quality footage for educational videos, studio shoots, reels, interviews, and promotional campaigns. Set up lighting, framing, audio, and camera settings to ensure professional output. Work closely with the SMM and faculty team to capture planned content efficiently. What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience in video editing and basic-professional videography. Proficiency in: Adobe Premiere Pro CapCut PhotoRoom DaVinci Resolve Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, transitions, and social-media-friendly editing styles. The Video Editor must be proficient in creating engaging, high-impact short-form content, including viral social media reels and videos. Possessing foundational to intermediate graphic design skills is highly desirable. Ability to record high-quality video content using DSLR / mirrorless cameras or professional smartphones.
