We help students and professionals build sustainable income opportunities through structured learning programs, mentorship, and digital growth pathways.

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Career Consultant to guide students, professionals, and entrepreneurs toward choosing the right V&V course or program. The role primarily involves consultative selling over calls, digital interactions, and follow-ups.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in telesales, counseling, or educational program enrollment, and must be confident in handling the full sales cycle — from lead calling to closing and payment collection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with leads generated via marketing campaigns, social media, and referrals.
  • Counsel students and working professionals on suitable courses based on their career goals.
  • Convert potential leads into confirmed enrollments through strong communication and persuasion.
  • Handle outbound and inbound calls, WhatsApp, and email follow-ups efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in the CRM.
  • Assist in payment collection and post-enrollment onboarding.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
  • Coordinate closely with the Sales Team Leader and Marketing Department to align strategies and improve conversions.
  • Contribute to refining call scripts and sales processes to improve team performance.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or career counseling roles (preferably in EdTech or service-based industries).
  • Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Proven ability to handle high call volumes and multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Confident in closing deals, handling objections, and managing payment follow-ups.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and daily reporting formats.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined in work ethics.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
