Job Purpose:

As the Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of property sales consultants. You will drive the team’s performance, provide hands-on coaching, and ensure that sales targets are consistently achieved. Your leadership will be key in delivering a top-tier client experience and supporting the growth of Bellway Real Tech’s customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate sales consultants.
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and track performance using CRM tools.
  • Monitor team KPIs and proactively support team members to meet or exceed goals.
  • Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with marketing and tech teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Support sales reps in closing high-value deals when needed.
  • Ensure the team delivers a professional and client-focused experience.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and PropTech innovations.
  • Report on team performance, pipeline activity, and revenue forecasts to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 2+ years in a team leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of the property market and sales lifecycle.
  • Comfortable using sales tech, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and data tools.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding quotas.
  • Adaptability and openness to working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
