Sales Team Leader

As a Team Leader Operations (Sales), your role will involve managing the operations seamlessly to ensure timely SLA delivery and maintain high levels of employee and customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing Insurance Sales (Health/Motor/Life) and meeting day-to-day Sales targets in B2C Sales. - Establishing and managing client relationships and engagement. - Providing oversight to the team by organizing resources, setting goals, and implementing call-out strategies from Executives and clients daily. You will also have reporting responsibilities. - Conducting field visits with the team to ensure the achievement of agreed standards in job assignments. - Implementing the buddy system to maintain operations with minimal disruption during absences like annual leave, sick leave, study leave, and daily working hour schedules. - Monitoring and documenting the work schedule of staff and their absences. - Ensuring closure of all audit-related issues. - Collaborating with internal teams and acting as the key contact for all problems and queries related to the specific business assigned. Your ISMS responsibilities will include ensuring that project management methods cover information security objectives, conducting information security risk assessments, and addressing information security implications in all projects. Desired Skills and Experience: - Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Team handling. - Experience in leading a team of at least 10 members. - Experience in outbound process and telesales. - Fluency in Malayalam and English.
